This is a new organization that tracks your spending through your credit & debit card transactions. Based on the analysis of your spending, they then make you discount offers. I signed up for it recently (you do have to give your online id and password to card accounts – its quite safe since they only aggregate data and do not transact) and have received pretty decent offers.
