CVS will have an interesting sale on Amex gift cards in store. Buy 3 of these gift cards of at least $25 each and get a $10 CVS Extra Care Bucks coupon (gives you a straight $15 off $15 purchase) and a $15 gas card via mail-in rebate.
You spend $3.95x3 (gift card fee) = $11.85, and get back $10 + $15 = $25 back. The gift cards themselves can be used at any place that accepts Amex but you cannot cash them at a bank. In the past, I have typically used them to buy a Walmart gift card or pay my cell phone bill online.
