Walmart – selling it for $398, get a $100 gift card back – available online and in store

Office Depot – $399 with $100 gift card, instant gift card if bought in store, else via mail in rebate.
Cheapest would be Office Depot – buy through shopDiscover to save 5% (assuming you have a Discover card) and then use coupon code 297507837 to add a free $20 gas card. Yes, the online rebate is a bit of a hassle but net cost is $260 before taxes.
Buy at the store where you will shop later, else you will be stuck with a $100 gift card. All sales till Sat, Aug 20 but will probably be over much before that.
By the way, Costco sells the 32GB version for $349 before taxes and includes a case.
