Household Bank (owned by HSBC) has a new credit card offering 2% cash back on all purchases upto a maximum of $400 cash back annually. From what I have read in various reviews, credit limits can be pretty low though and qualifying for it is a fairly convoluted process. Annual fee also depends on the qualification process. However, jumping through the hoops may be worthwhile for the fairly generous cash back.
