You would think that a plasma TV sold at Walmart cannot have great quality. You may be wrong though. Vizio, in a relatively short span of 2 yrs, has slowly taken over as the big volume seller moving large numbers through discount stores like Costco and Walmart. Most reviews have been positive thanks to the above average picture quality and tons of connectivity options.
While this model is only a 720p version, I personally do not see that as an issue given that there are no 1080p broadcasts in the US (and with no plans for any right now). The only 1080p programming available is on the new high-def DVDs and frankly, its impossible to make out the difference in picture quality unless you are sitting just 3-4' away from the TV.
