Fry’s has a sale on the Panasonic’s 50” 720p plasma TV (model TH-50PX80U) with a price of just $999.99 + applicable taxes + shipping.
Shipping charge varies, but I got a $53 estimate for shipment to an Atlanta suburb. I am using a smaller version of this TV for the last 2 years and have been very pleased with its performance.
