AT&T Wireless is selling a refurbished Nokia 2610 prepaid phone with a $100 airtime card for just $80.

Offers with cheaper airtime cards are also available with this phone – phone + $25 card for $25 and phone + $50 card for $40.
There are other phones available as well but you pay more. Note that this phone is extremely difficult to unlock and works only in the US.
When you buy, you will have a choice of two prepaid plans – 25 cents per minute any time OR 10 cents per minute, free nights & weekends and mobile-to-mobile but with a $1 per day charge on the days you use your phone. In my opinion, option 2 is much better.
